You may also print the order form and send via regular mail. Orders may also be e-mailed to orders@pheasantrunneedlecrafts.com or faxed to (207) 865-6673. Books, patterns, leaflets, charts, opened kits, floss, fibers and custom-cut fabric are not returnable. All returns must be made within 30 days. All refunds will be made upon the arrival of the merchandise in re-saleable condition, either by company check or a credit to your credit card. If your return is for any reason other than our error, shipping costs are at your expense. If we have made an error in your order, we will reimburse your shipping charges.
